The item(s) must retain their original packaging, tags, and accessories in their entirety.
The issue must not be the result of human-induced damage or abnormal use.
Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The return request is submitted after the 30-day time limit has expired.
The item(s) show obvious signs of use or damage.
Discomfort or unsuitability resulting from personal reasons (e.g., selecting the wrong size but having already used the item).

IV. Refund Details

V. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., unsuitable size or style), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges for the order (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
